We will review requests based on the stage of order preparation. Changes or cancellations may not be possible once preparation has begun or the order has been dispatched. Eligible voluntary size exchanges may be requested within 7 calendar days of delivery, subject to the conditions outlined in that policy. We do not offer change-of-mind returns for refunds.
